Inside your handover pack is a booklet called “Installation manual” - look at the back and locate the section called “Benchmark or Commissioning checklist” there you will find your boilers serial number. Enter this in the coupon box (case sensitive)

No, if you don't want the additional service, convenance and protection that our plans offer, you are under no obligation to take out a Cosy Home Cover plan with us.

The important thing to remember is that you must get your boiler serviced every year to keep your warranty valid, however this can be done by any Gas Safe registered engineer.

Every Green Gas & Energy boiler installation comes with a 1 year workmanship guarantee and a Gas Safety certificate. You can also get up to 10 year’s boiler parts and labour manufacturer-backed warranty, which we’ll automatically register for you.

You need to have your boiler serviced on an annual basis in order to keep your boiler warranty valid. If something goes wrong, it’s good to know that you’re covered by the manufacturer warranty and that you can get an engineer out to fix the problem as soon as possible, without leaving you out of pocket.

Having your boiler serviced every year by a Green Gas & Energy’s Gas Safe registered Engineers helps to keep your boiler problems to a minimum. Our Engineers can spot little problems and cure them before they get to be big problems, while also ensuring its operating Safely.

If you don’t have your boiler service, your boiler warranty will be invalidated and there is more chance of something going wrong or your system, not to mention performing inefficiently, which could potentially result in higher energy bills to boot.
